Well, here I am again, on the way out the door to hit the snowy trail and visit the cast of thousands in Chi-Town.  I wanted to send my warm wishes to you all for a fantabulous holiday.   I hope to be trouncing around downtown the day after Christmas–a bit nutty, but I truly love it!  Great people watching, good exercise, and a great excuse to eat out!  Hmm, right now Cajun sounds good, but tapas (Spanish appetizers) is right there.  I digress.

So revel in your families, eat those cookies, watch that rerun of Charlie Brown, and feel the magic!

Take good care, and keep checking the blog, I plan on writing with a bit more consistency–a resolution.

Send your wishes along for all of us to share!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!

Happy New Year, Jessi!

Happy New Year, everyone!

I am working on my resolutions currently, one of which is to write more–including more posts on this blog.

I am just about to go for a winter wonderland walk with my wife on campus. Where did I put my YakTrax? Oh, yeah. I don’t own any. Rats!

Resolutions to appear here soon. Think of sharing some of yours with us.

Stay warm while you are out playing in the snow!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! :)

Hope you enjoyed Chicago!! Sounds FUN!!! Do you always go there during Christmas break!?

Love,
Ashley!! :)

Ashley,

Yes, my wife and I are both from Chicago, so we go probably five or six times a year back to Sweet Home Chicago. Especially at Christmastime. We travel all over the city and see the cast of thousand family members and devour their cookies, eggnog, and turkey.

Then, when we’re almost full, we go to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, El Presidente, and I have a couple of burritos pollos! Caliente!

Only 357 more days!

See you soon,
Ashley!! :)
